Boro Tower, co-developed by Rockefeller Group and The Meridian Group, is a 437,000-square-foot Class-A office building located at 8350 Broad Street in Tysons, Virginia. Completed in 2019 and designed by Gensler, the 20-story tower is a prominent feature of The Boro, a 15-acre transit-oriented mixed-use development adjacent to the Greensboro Metro station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Situated on “The Hill,” the highest elevation in Fairfax County, Boro Tower offers panoramic views from the Blue Ridge Mountains to downtown Washington, D.C. The building’s design features a shimmering glass curtain wall accented by modern, white-glazed terra cotta, and has achieved LEED Gold certification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
