About the development

Patterson Commerce Center, a 259,951-square-foot distribution facility, was recently completed by Rockefeller Group on 14 acres in Perris, CA. Situated adjacent to Optimus Logistics Center, a 1.4 million-square-foot logistics project completed and sold by the company in 2018, Patterson Commerce Center benefits from its prime location in the heart of Southern California’s logistics hub.

Located at Patterson Avenue and Washington Street, the site offers excellent freeway access with frontage on the I-215 Freeway, as well as proximity to I-10, I-15, and Route 60. The project is also within reach of Ontario International Airport and the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, providing strategic connectivity for regional and national distribution.
